How can I order a Zuriell product?

Products can be ordered online on our website www.zuriell.ro/en, and for larger orders can be ordered by email hello@zuriell.com. hello@zuriell.com.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept online payment or cash on delivery. For customized orders only online payment is accepted.

How can I make sure that my order has been placed successfully?

Once your order has been registered, you will receive a confirmation email. This will contain the order number and details of the products purchased.

How do I return a product?

The terms and return procedure can be found at: https://zuriell.ro/en/deliver-and-return/ . All fees regarding the return of products, the return of money and the return of new products will be borne by the buyer.

If a product is out of stock can I still order it?
If a product you wish to purchase is no longer in stock, please contact our Customer Service department on +40 799 083 728. You can also contact us at hello@zuriell.com, where we will get back to you as soon as possible.

What is the delivery period for the products ordered?

Delivery time is between 2-5 working days. For urgent cases, please contact us and/or write the delivery deadline in your order.

Frequently asked questions about engraving/ customization

What graphics can I send?

You can send pdf, ai, jpg, png, svg, eps or cdr. For an engraving to come out well, you need the png or jpg images you send to be at a good resolution, in other words, not very pixelated when zoomed in.

Which fonts to choose?

If you have a text that contains more than one word, it is recommended not to use italic (thin) fonts, unless the text will be engraved on several lines.

We recommend italic and regular font combinations for 2-line texts involving for example a name and a title/phrase. Italic is recommended on the first line, regular on the second line.

Can the color be customized?

Engraving is a very durable and long-lasting way of personalisation, this procedure involves burning the skin and is monochrome (one color).

Frequently asked questions about diary care

Scratches have appeared in my diary, how can I fix them?

The skin of the Zuriell diary needs moisturizing from time to time. You can apply any body lotion mixed with water to the skin with a sponge or a fine cloth and then let it dry for 3-5 min. Be careful, a body lotion that is very greasy or rich in oils may darken the skin color a little.
