TERMS
The general terms and conditions set forth below shall apply to all sales of goods by Zuriell and its partners through the online store www.zuriell.ro to the Buyer and may be modified at any time by Zuriell without prior notice.
Thus, the following terms shall mean:
Buyer – the natural person / legal person or other legal entity issuing an Order.
Seller – ZURIELL, with the trade name ZURIELL DOT SRL, having its registered office at Strada Drumul Agatului nr 66A, et 3, ap 14A, sector 1, Bucharest, CP 013907, registration number at the Trade Register J40/23114/2022, CUI RO47208211.
Goods – any product, including the documents and services mentioned in the Order, to be supplied by the Seller to the Buyer.
Order – an electronic document which is a form of communication between the Seller and the Buyer, by which the Seller agrees to deliver the Goods and the Buyer agrees to receive these Goods and to make payment for them.
Contract – an Order confirmed by the Seller.
Intellectual Property Rights – all intangible rights such as know-how, copyright and rights in kind in copyright, database rights, design rights, design rights, patents, trademarks and domain name registrations for any of the above.
Website – the domain www.zuriell.ro and its subdomains.

We offer a rewards program called the ZRL Club (“Program”) through www.zuriell.ro. The Program allows an account holder to accumulate and redeem points called “ZRL”, individually and exclusively for your account.
The value of one ZRL is equal to 5 RON
In order to access and redeem the ZRL you have earned; you must first register for an account via the websites.
Earning ZRLs through activities
You can earn ZRL by participating in various activities on our website, www.zuriell.ro. For example, (i) creating your account currently earns you 1 ZRL (ii) account holders currently earn a bonus of 2 ZRL on your birthday. birthday, (iii) following us on Facebook currently earns you 1 ZRL (iv) signing up to our newsletter currently earns you 1 ZRL and (v) following us on Instagram currently earns you 1 ZRL, (vi) you receive 10% of the order value placed on our website in ZRL (excluding shipping and handling fees) (vii) offering a review on the website currently earns you 1 ZRL *only one review per product can be offered (viii) leaving a review on the product currently earns you 1 ZRL *only one review per product can be offered.

Redeeming reward points
You can redeem ZRL for eligible products and/or discounts that will be applied to the purchase price of eligible products.
We reserve the right to substitute a reward item of comparable or greater value at our discretion.
ZRLs or applicable rewards may not be applied to previously purchased products and/or services and are only eligible on the next purchase.

Expiration of reward points
ZRLs will automatically expire twelve (12) months from the date they are earned or if the Program is terminated, whichever is sooner. It is your responsibility to monitor your ZRL account and status Please note that the action of making ZRL redemptions does not qualify as a “purchase” for purposes of this determination.
General Rewards Program Conditions
You agree not to abuse the Program and any social media platform connected to the Program by engaging in conduct that is detrimental to our interests, including, without limitation, attempting to accumulate points or redeem ZRLs in a manner inconsistent with these Terms or the intent of these Terms. , attempting to earn points through illegitimate channels, participating in redemption fraud or modifying the Program or its tools.
We reserve the right at any time to (i) suspend or terminate the Program at any time; (ii) add, modify and/or delete any part of the Program, the points you may earn in connection with the completion of any Eligible Purchases and/or any limitations imposed on the total points you may earn in connection with any Eligible Purchases; and (iii) create, add, remove or otherwise modify the ways in which you may earn and/or redeem Reward Points, at any time, in our sole discretion, with or without notice. The rules for earning Reward Points may include the number of Reward Points earned per activity, how many times Reward Points may be earned for a given activity, the maximum number of Reward Points that may be earned, and criteria for earning Reward Points. We also reserve the right to make activities and rules for activities available only to select account holders and may be based on purchase activity, geographic location, participation level and/or information provided by you.
Any changes we make will be effective immediately upon notice, which we may provide through new Program terms and conditions updated on this page. Your participation in the Program after such notice will be deemed acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to check back periodically for any updates and changes.
You may not transfer, replace or redeem ZRL for cash. ZRLs have no cash value. You may not give or transfer ZRLs to anyone else. Once you redeem ZRLs, the redemption cannot be cancelled and is final. Products purchased using ZRLs cannot be returned to us and ZRLs will not be returned to you if you attempt to return such products to us.
The program is not valid in conjunction with other programs we offer. By participating in the Program, you (and, in the case of an eligible minor, your parent or legal guardian) agree (i) to release, disclose, indemnify and hold us, our parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and all representatives harmless, their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any liability or damages that may arise from participation in the Program or from the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of any Rewards Points or products earned, obtained or received through this Program.
Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, misdirected, undeliverable, misdirected Rewards Points, requests, items or other errors or problems of any kind related to or in connection with the Program, whether printed, typographical, technical, computer, network, human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise, including, without limitation, errors or problems that may arise in connection with the administration of the Program, the tabulation of Rewards Points, the announcement of the Program or in any Program-related materials. Persons found to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Program, acting in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner, or otherwise not complying with these Terms, as determined solely by us, may be removed from the Program and all Reward Points will be void. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants’ or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this Program or downloading materials from or using the Websites.
All questions or disputes relating to the Program, including but not limited to those involving eligibility, participation, fraud and abuse, will be resolved by us.
Your participation in the Program constitutes permission for us and our designees to use your name, biographical information, likeness, image, likeness and/or statements about the Program for advertising, commercial, promotional and other purposes in any and all media now or hereafter devised, worldwide , in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notice or permission, except where prohibited by law.
